1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund Period: Customers are eligible for a refund within 15 days of receiving their product.
- Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as it was when received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Return Procedure
To qualify for a refund, customers must follow these steps:
- Video Documentation: Upon receiving your package, please record a video showing the unboxing process. This video should clearly display the condition of the package upon arrival and the condition of the product inside.
- Requesting a Return: Contact us at admin@rosesunset.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the unboxing video in your email.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No Video Proof: If a return is requested without the required unboxing video, the return will not be accepted.
- Outside the Refund Period: Requests made more than 15 days after receiving the product will not be eligible for a refund.
- Altered or Used Products: Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for a return.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
